At AutoTaskar, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because most of our services, subscriptions, and digital tools are instantly activated online, our refund policy is designed fairly for both users and our business.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered in the following situations:

• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• Technical Failure: If the purchased service cannot be used due to a verified technical issue from our side and our support team cannot resolve it.
• Wrong Billing Error: If an incorrect amount was charged accidentally.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

• Successfully delivered digital services or generated reports/files.
• Used subscription time or consumed plan limits.
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Issues caused by user device, internet, browser, or incorrect input data.
• Violation of our Terms & Conditions leading to suspension.

3. Refund Request Time Limit

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment date unless otherwise mentioned for a specific plan.

4. How to Request a Refund

• Payment Screenshot / Transaction ID
• Reason for Refund Request
• Relevant issue screenshots (if any)

5. Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method, depending on bank or payment gateway timelines.

6. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals anytime (if applicable), but already used/current billing periods are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Exchanges

As AutoTaskar mainly provides digital tools and services, exchanges do not generally apply.
